1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use s8k8's services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. s8k8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction

s8k8 services are intended solely for users located within the Republic of the Philippines. By using s8k8, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Use of s8k8 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Account Creation

Each user may maintain only one active account with s8k8. Registration requires accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s8k8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify s8k8 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. s8k8 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

2.5 Verification Process

s8k8 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

s8k8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), and other approved Philippine payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately, though bank transfers may take 1-2 business hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your s8k8 account at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance with wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by s8k8. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱100,000 for standard accounts and ₱500,000 for VIP accounts. s8k8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

3.3 Processing Times

s8k8 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

3.4 Fees

s8k8 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if you attempt to deposit or withdraw in a currency other than PHP.

3.5 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives offered by s8k8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. Detailed bonus terms are provided with each promotion.

4. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. Use of bots, automated software, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Game Rules

Each game offered by s8k8 has specific rules, payout structures, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or upon request from customer support.

4.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, s8k8 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. If a game malfunction results in an overpayment, s8k8 may deduct the excess amount from your account. Users will be notified of any material errors or corrections.

4.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

s8k8 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You may set these limits at any time through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

5. Sports Betting Terms

5.1 Bet Acceptance

s8k8 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion. Maximum bet amounts and payout limits vary by sport, league, and market. s8k8 may suspend betting on specific events or markets at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. Settlement of disputed bets is at s8k8's sole discretion and is final.

5.3 Odds and Markets

Odds and betting markets are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet confirmation number is issued, the odds are locked and guaranteed.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

6.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your s8k8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bets or bonus funds will be closed after all obligations are settled.

6.2 s8k8-Initiated Suspension or Termination

s8k8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we suspect:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Underage gambling or use of false identification
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of automated betting systems or bots
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward s8k8 staff or other users

Upon termination for cause, s8k8 may confiscate all funds in the account. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations are permanently banned and may not create new accounts.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. s8k8 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Users will be notified by email 30 days before dormancy fees are applied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on s8k8.cam, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, and game designs, is the intellectual property of s8k8 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from s8k8 content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

s8k8 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, s8k8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

s8k8 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or funds due to user error, forgotten passwords, or compromised account security
• Service interruptions due to internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor errors or delays
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of s8k8 services

In no event shall s8k8's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Support

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding s8k8 services, you must first contact customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. s8k8 will investigate and respond to all complaints within 7 business days.

9.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter to s8k8's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 21 business days.

9.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of s8k8 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

s8k8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to:

• Set deposit, loss, and session time limits in your account settings
• Use s8k8's self-exclusion feature to temporarily or permanently close your account
• Contact organizations that provide support for problem gambling, including PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Program

Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once you self-exclude, you will be prohibited from creating new accounts or circumventing the exclusion.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

s8k8 collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using s8k8, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. s8k8 will never sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

s8k8 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Users must not use s8k8 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. Accounts suspected of such activity will be immediately frozen and reported to authorities.

13. Amendments to Terms

s8k8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or notification within the s8k8 platform. Continued use of s8k8 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree to modified terms must discontinue use of s8k8 and close their accounts.
